Eco-invention competition: win an encounter with Deadly 60’s Steve Backshall

Taking your inspiration from nature, what can you invent to make the world a better place?

Your entry could be in the form of a drawing, photo or poem, in fact the only limit to the competition is your imagination.

8 winners will be chosen. The winners and their families (up to 5 people per family) will be invited to the Museum on Wed 13 Apr, 4-5pm to meet Deadly 60’s Steve Backshall with a chance to ask Steve questions, have a photo taken, get an autograph and show him the winning entries. Steve Backshall will be opening our new Living Worlds gallery later that day.

Please send your entries to:
Eco-invention competition, The Manchester Museum, The University of Manchester, Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9PL

By Wed 30 Mar 2011. Remember to include your contact details with your entry – name, address, phone number and email address (if you have one). The winners will be announced on Wed 6 Apr 2011.
